This migration updates your databases to PostgreSQL version 17 (Release notes).

It includes the following upgrades:

• pgRouting version 3.8.0,
• PostGIS version 3.5.3,
• postgresql-ogr-fdw version 1.1.7,
• and pgvector version 0.8.0.
